Dr. Okuno conducted workshop for overseas doctors

Dr. Okuno, our chief director conducted workshop “Okuno Method 2-day Workshop (observation) for MSK/TAME” on December 12th and 13th, 2024. Eight doctors and radiographer from Asia and Europe who applied through our website participated.
In response to the increasing number of requests for observation form overseas doctors, the workshop was conducted as a combination a two-hour lecture and observation of the procedures for MSK/TAME and “Dochu” (simplified TAME) by Dr. Okuno.

Because of the limited space in the procedure room, we tried to provide video of Dr. Okuno’s hands and contrast images, and explanation by Dr. Okuno on a large monitor in the examination room. This was very well received, and the participants watched with great interest.

The workshop also provided an opportunity for international exchange, with doctors exchanging information during break time and enjoying “tonkatsu” (pork cutlet) at the dinner party.
