Dr. Indrajeet Mandal from Oxford University Hospital visited our clinic on April 3, 2025,

Dr. Mandal first met Director Okuno at a conference in New York. He also attended Director Okuno's lecture at the "Surgical Grand Round" hosted by Oxford University Hospital this February. His interest in the treatment methods grew during that time, which led him to promptly travel to Japan to visit the clinic and observe the procedures in person.

He shared that his hospital has recently started performing knee embolization, and he showed a particular interest in observing knee cases. He was highly engaged throughout the visit and was deeply impressed to see the catheter techniques in action that he had previously only heard about during the lecture. He expressed his admiration for Director Okuno’s exceptional skill and the remarkable speed of the procedures.

In addition to visiting our hospital, Dr. Mandal also took the opportunity to enjoy the full-bloom cherry blossoms during his stay in Japan.
