Director Okuno Speaks at ET 2025 Conference in Porto

From June 11 to 14, 2025, Director Okuno delivered three lectures at the international conference ET2025 (Embolization & Treatment Conference) held in Portugal.

The ET Conference is a global gathering dedicated to cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments with a focus on embolization techniques. Experts from around the world come together to discuss the latest therapeutic strategies and research advancements in the field.

This year, Director Okuno gave two presentations during the Deep Dive Session, a segment designed to explore specific topics in depth from both a clinical and practical perspective.

Focusing on the theme of "Sports Injuries," he provided detailed insights into the potential and clinical applications of endovascular treatment for sports-related conditions.

In addition, during the Special Topic Session, Director Okuno delivered a lecture titled "Embolic Agents in MSK," where he discussed the selection of embolic materials, technical considerations, and the latest trends in patient care within the musculoskeletal field. This session was designed for experienced interventional radiologists and focused on emerging developments in embolization therapy.
