Two doctors from overseas joined our observational program for Dochu and TAME procedures
From the left: Dr. Yuji Okuno, Dr. Jia Cheng Yuan, Dr. Diego Ramirez Montes.
Dr. Yuan from Cattinara Hospital at the University of Trieste, Italy, and Dr. Montes from the University of Chile Hospital visited our clinic for observation.
Both doctors have frequently encountered Dr. Okuno's invention of musculoskeletal catheter treatment in their own research and academic papers, which inspired them to visit Okuno Clinic someday.
Dr. Yuan first heard Dr. Okuno's lecture and spoke with him at the ET conference held in Vienna. He was delighted to reunite and have the opportunity to observe the procedures firsthand during this visit.
Dr. Montes has been in Japan for about a month, undergoing training and observation at other medical institutions. He was excited to see the innovative embolization treatments for musculoskeletal diseases, which are extremely new in Chile.
The two doctors conducted their observations at our Ginza, Omotesando, and Yokohama branches over five days, from July 23rd to 27th.
